At Indiahna Sage Integrative Skin Health, our policies are in place to protect your experience and support the way we deliver safe, thoughtful and consistent care. We encourage you to read them carefully and reach out with any questions.

Appointments and Cancellation Policy

At Indiahna Sage Integrative Skin Health, we value your time and ours. To ensure every client receives the care and attention they deserve, we’ve outlined the following booking and cancellation policies.

Bookings and Deposits

Appointments can be made in a number of ways:

  • Online – Book any of our services via our bookings button
  • By Telephone – Call us 03 8457 1977

All bookings require a $50 deposit, which can be:
• Held as a rolling credit for future appointments
• Applied toward the cost of your treatment or product purchase

If your deposit is used toward a treatment, a new deposit will be required for future bookings. Deposits can be paid in person, over the phone, or via a secure payment link.
Please note:
• Deposits are non-refundable
• They may be transferred to a friend or family member
• Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of management
• We are unable to confirm appointments without a deposit

Notice periods and Cancellations

We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to reallocate your appointment time and support other clients.
• Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee
• You’ll receive an SMS reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment, giving you time to confirm, reschedule, or cancel
• In cases of severe or unforeseen circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.

Arriving late to your appointment

We understand that life happens. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to provide your full service.
• In such cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled
• A $50 rebooking fee may apply

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

All treatments must be paid for in full on the day of service.

Surcharges

Please note that all payments processed via Phorestpay incur a surcharge:

  • 1.65% for Visa, Mastercard, and Paywave
  • $0.30 for EFTPOS transactions
  • $3 Green Fee (see below)

 

Green Service Fee

We’re proud to partner with Sustainable Salons to reduce salon waste and support community initiatives. A $3 Green Service Fee is already incorporated into each treatment price to help:

  • Divert waste from landfill
  • Provide meals to those in need via OzHarvest
  • Support our commitment to sustainability and social impact

Thank you for contributing to a brighter, cleaner future.

Refunds & Credits

We do not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind.
However, if an adverse reaction occurs and a treatment or product is no longer suitable, we may offer a credit toward future services or products.
All refund or credit decisions are made at the discretion of management and in accordance with professional standards.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased online or in-clinic and are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

  • Redeemable for treatments only (not products)
  • Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash 

Referrals

We love when our clients help us grow.
If a new client mentions your name as their referrer, you’ll receive 50 TreatCard points as a thank-you.

A thoughtful gift for any occasion, our vouchers make it easy to share the experience of personalised skin care. Simply select your preferred value, and we’ll present your voucher beautifully boxed – ready for pickup, postage, or email delivery. Perfect for last-minute gifting or planned surprises.

 

Standard Gift Vouchers

  • Valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase
  • Redeemable for treatments only (not retail products)
  • All appointments must be booked and completed within the validity period
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

Promotional Gift Vouchers

  • Terms and conditions are set by the specific promotional campaign at time of purchase
  • Promotional vouchers which are for specific promotional treatment packages are valid for the duration of the campaign and may be used up to three months after the campaign ends. After this period, the voucher reverts to its dollar value and remains valid for the remainder of the original three-year term

Example:
A voucher purchased for a $200 treatment package during a 3-month campaign can be used for that package during the campaign period. If not redeemed, it becomes a $200 standard voucher with 2 years and 9 months remaining validity.
All other promotional vouchers are subject to the terms outlined in their respective campaigns.

 

General Terms for All Vouchers

  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment
  • If a voucher cannot be presented, payment is required for the booked treatment. The voucher may be used at a future date (within its validity period)
  • Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged
  • Altered or tampered vouchers will not be accepted
  • Terms are void where prohibited by law
  • All voucher use is governed by Australian Consumer Law

Welcome to TreatCard, Indiahna Sage Integrative Skin Health’s loyalty program designed to reward your ongoing care and commitment to skin health.

How It Works

You earn TreatCard points every time you spend on eligible services or products. Points can also be earned through:

  • Referring a new client
  • Participating in select promotions
  • Receiving a birthday gift from us

For every $1 spent, you’ll receive 1 TreatCard point. Points accumulate automatically and can be redeemed on selected services. Each redeemable service will have a TreatCard value assigned, allowing you to choose based on your available points.

Example:

Jenny books a treatment valued at $600. She earns 600 TreatCard points, which are added to her account and can be redeemed once she reaches the required threshold for selected services.

Redeeming Your Points

Once you’ve earned enough points, a prompt may appear when booking online. To redeem:

    Let us know which eligible service you’d like to redeem and when you’d like to book it.

Terms & Conditions

  • TreatCard points are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
  • Points may only be redeemed on selected services and products
  • Redemption is subject to availability and clinic discretion
  • TreatCard balances may not be used to secure bookings or pay cancellation fees
  • Indiahna Sage Integrative Skin Health reserves the right to modify or discontinue the TreatCard program at any time

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment. We aim to dispatch on the next business day, though handling times may vary during peak periods.

Welcome to Indiahna Sage Skin Club – a personalised membership designed to support your ongoing skin care journey with flexibility, consistency, and exclusive perks. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to all membership plans.

Fees & Charges

• Sign-Up Fee: $1

Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance
• Treatments may be placed on hold if payments are delayed
• Repeated failed payments may result in membership suspension or cancellation

Booking Policy

• A $50 fee applies for late cancellations
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule appointments
• All bookings are subject to Indiahna Sage’s standard cancellation policy

Membership Term

  • The membership has a minimum contract length of 12 weeks.
  • After the initial term, it will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.

Membership Cancellation

• Minimum contract term: 12 weeks
• Cancellations require 7 days’ written notice
• If cancelling before completing the 12-week term, the remaining balance up to week 12 must be paid
• No refunds or exchanges, except in cases of medical clearance, subject to Nuovo Skin’s discretion

Membership Perks & Adjustments

• Benefits vary by membership type and are subject to change at Indiahna Sage’s discretion
• Perks may include retail discounts, bonus enhancements, or exclusive access to select services
• Perks do not imply guaranteed clinical outcomes and are designed to enhance your experience

Freezing or Holding Membership

  • Members may request to pause (freeze) their membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 2 months per year.
  • Freeze requests must be made in writing with sufficient notice.
  • Membership benefits cannot be used while the account is frozen.

Changes to Terms or Pricing

  • Indiahna Sage Integrative Skin Health may update membership terms or pricing with at least 7 days notice.
  • If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect.

Genral

  • Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
  • By joining, you accept these terms and agree to comply with all salon policies.
  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the state or territory in which the salon operates.

Privacy & Data Handling

Indiahna Sage Integrative Skin Health partners with PhorestPay (Stripe) to manage memberships and process payments.
By signing up, you agree to Stripe’s handling of payment and account data.
• Your personal information is stored securely and used solely for membership administration
• Indiahna Sage does not share your details with third parties, except as required for payment processing and account management
